SME Bank wanted to better understand perceptions of its brand with key stakeholders including the general public. It also wanted to know whether communications were engaging target markets. And it wanted the information quickly.

Solution

Because each of the SME Bank stakeholders have such varied requirements for value, Fusionbrand developed and implemented a segment specific brand survey that explored the perceptions of each the segments as well as identified whether SME Bank was meeting their needs through communications and physical touch points.
