Rafidah Tan Sri Adenan – Chairman

A hugely respected and low profile female entrepreneur, Rafidah is a co-founder and Chairman of FUSIONBRAND. Rafidah is responsible for helping to develop the strategic direction of the company while ensuring high standards of governance. Born in Sarawak, educated at the University of Surrey in the UK, she has a masters in tourism marketing and now lives in Kuala Lumpur.

Marcus Osborne – Managing Director

A founder of FUSIONBRAND and author of Stop Advertising, Start Branding, Marcus has a proven track record of developing and implementing Internal and External brand research, brand strategy and brand activation projects for a cross section of Government, GLC and domestic and international corporate entities as well as mentoring business owners and politicians. Recognised as an industry thought leader and disruptor, he has presented workshops, seminars and papers on branding across Southeast Asia. Born in the UK, he has worked in Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia with his base in Malaysia since 1994.

Aisha Malek – Director (Sustainability Projects)

Since 2014, Aisha has worked in environmental sustainability on both the corporate side and as a consultant. She is currently with the Voluntary Carbon Markets Integrity Initiative (VCMI), working to enable high integrity voluntary carbon markets. Prior to this role, she worked as the Global Sustainability and Climate Manager for McDonald’s Corporation. Born and raised in Malaysia, she brings strong analytical skills as well as robust experience in sustainability strategy, carbon management, metrics definition, reporting and process improvements to FUSIONBRAND.

Daniel Yahya – Senior Brand Consultant

Daniel Yahya is a Senior Brand Consultant with over 20 years of experience in a variety of fields. Daniel has a range of technical competencies for branding projects including brand research and strategy incorporating survey and discussion guide development, and data collection and analysis to form the foundations of a robust brand strategy and identity.

Aisyah Almashoor – Senior Brand Consultant

Aisyah Almashoor is a seasoned brand strategist with an entrepreneurial background. With 11 years of experience in branding, content and digital marketing across diverse industries from GLCs to SMEs, she is a highly skilled team player with exceptional leadership abilities in data analytics, brand strategy planning and creative marketing.

Nas Nawi – Creative Director

Nas’ creative philosophy is the driving force behind his work, using every element as a narrative canvas. Over the years, Nas has undertook diverse projects across multiple sectors including oil and gas, technology, finance, real estate, government, and even collaborated with H.R.H Sultan of Selangor.

Nurul Arafah – Head of Social Media

Nurul Arafah or Ara is a dynamic digital strategist with over 7 years of experience built on journalism foundations and an early appreciation of social media. Nurul crafts vibrant omni channel social media strategies for a diverse cross section of government and private sector clients, utilising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
