Post Covid, awareness of the Kulim Eco-Trail Retreat dipped significantly while business enquiries dried up. Eager to regain pre-pandemic levels of business, Fusionbrand was asked to rebrand the retreat while developing a digitally driven brand strategy to accelerate awareness and generate immediate enquiries.

Utilising its brand canvas as the foundation for the development of the brand strategy, Fusionbrand organised a set of roundtables and workshops with internal stakeholders of the retreat. The goal was to determine the retreat's new business direction, establish a new brand and update its identity, including the name.
Fusionbrand revitalised the entire brand as SUNJER, creating new brand identity guidelines to ensure rapid alignment of the internal stakeholders with the new brand.
Fusionbrand developed a 6-month social media activation strategy to increase awareness & generate leads for the Eco Retreat. Immediate traction has been achieved with lead generation targets exceeded 3 months ahead of schedule & the client has extended the agreement to 12 months.
