In the face of low sales & more aggressive competitors, UDA Holding’s wanted to better understand what was right, & wrong with the brand & how it compared to competitors & what it must do to change perceptions of the brand.

Fusionbrand was asked to investigate all of its business verticals: property, property investment & management, facilities management and hospitality. The findings were to provide the justification for the internal and external brand strategy.

Each vertical required industry specific internal & external brand & communications audits to form the foundations of individual brand strategies.

We investigated internal & external brand perceptions, attitudes to the brand identity, corporate culture, communications, awareness, competitors analysis, SWOT analysis as well as experiential audit.

The recommendations provided UDA with the vital information necessary to make informed decisions about how to transform the business away from the negative 'GLC' perception to a more dynamic, competitive & forward thinking conglomerate able to compete with SP Setia, Sime Darby & other more aggressive competitors.
