About the role

Increasingly our clients want us to implement the brand strategies we develop. Content development and social media activation are major components of our recommendations and we’re looking for someone to help us make them even better and lead a growing social media team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to develop something almost from scratch and benefit from the success of projects you build.


Job description:
  • Understand the new branding environment.
  • Develop engaging community platforms for our clients.
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic to and engage those communities.
  • Lead community teams for a variety of clients.
  • In collaboration with the brand strategy team you will help develop our client’s brand narratives.
  • Contribute to the development of and participate in social media workshops for clients.
  • Assist with conceptualising, developing and presenting social media proposals.
  • Understand which tracking tools to use and how to use them.
  • Create client social reporting SOPs.
  • Assist with the social media element of brand strategies.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Grow team in line with company objectives.

  • A university degree or equivalent in a business or similar discipline that doesn’t necessarily have to be communications.
  • An appreciation of the importance of delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, every time.
  • An innovative, passionate attitude, someone who wants to grow with an ambitious company.
  • Personable and approachable.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
  • Someone who can translate strategy into action.
  • Curious, always enquiring.

Compensation
  • Salary is RM5,000 – RM10,000 depending on your qualifications, experience and attitude.
